Ingredients
  

  • 1 Box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar (Optional) Very much optional, recipe works without it

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Baking Dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, optional cream of tartar and eggs until a soft dough forms.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar + cinnamon.
  4. Roll dough into balls, coat in cinnamon sugar.
  5. Place on a baking sheet, press down with the bottom of a glass, and bake 8–10 minutes until just set.
  6. Let cool slightly for soft, chewy centers!
