- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, season with paprika, salt & pepper. Cook 5–6 minutes until browned.
- Add broccoli and sauté 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice + zest, then simmer 2–3 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm with rice or quinoa!
