Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 3 Cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon (Juice + Zest)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika

  • 1 Large Skillet

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with paprika, salt & pepper. Cook 5–6 minutes until browned.
  3. Add broccoli and sauté 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in lemon juice + zest, then simmer 2–3 minutes until broccoli is tender.
  6. Serve warm with rice or quinoa!
