  • 1 lb Italian Sausage (mild or spicy) Spicy, for sure bring the heat...
  • 1 lb Shelf-Stable Gnocchi
  • 1 Cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Baby Spinach (Loosely Packed)
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Sized Skillet

Method
 

  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet; drain as required.
  2. Add marinara and heavy cream; stir to combine.
  3. Add gnocchi and simmer 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  5. Top with mozzarella, cover, and let melt. Serve warm!
