Method
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat if needed.
- Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir to coat.
- Add the uncooked pasta, salsa, and water/broth.
- Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook 12–15 minutes, stirring once or twice, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cheddar until melted and creamy. Serve warm!
