Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2/3 Cup Basil Pesto
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Less if you are not a big fan of cheese
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes - Sliced
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to taste

  • 1 Baking Pan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over each piece.
  4. Top with tomato slices and mozzarella.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
