- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear both sides (no more than 1 min per side).
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and simmer until thickened (Flip occasionally, 20 to 25 min)
- Serve warm — spoon sauce over chicken.
- Add Parsley as a finishing touch
