Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (Or Ground Turkey)
  • 2 Cups Dry Pasta Small shapes – Shells, Rotini, etc.
  • 1 Cup Salsa To taste. I like Medium Heat…
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Packet Your Favorite Taco Seasoning I've tried the major brands offerings
  • 2 Cups Water Can use beef broth for more intensity

Equipment

  • 1 Large Non-Stick Skillet

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and stir to coat.
  3. Add the uncooked pasta, salsa, and water/broth.
  4. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook 12–15 minutes, stirring once or twice, until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in cheddar until melted and creamy. Serve warm!
