Maple Garlic Salmon

This 5-ingredient maple garlic salmon is a quick and flavorful dinner with a sweet and savory glaze. Ready in less than 20 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Medium Sized Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Real syrup is my favorite, but the cheaper breakfast syrup works just fine)
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Sized Skillet

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear salmon 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Mix maple syrup, soy sauce & garlic — pour over salmon.
  5. Simmer 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens and salmon flakes.
